Blue Ridge Pastoral Counseling Centers

Blue Ridge Pastoral Counseling Centers (BRPCC) is a non-profit organization established in the State of Virginia to develop centers for effective pastoral counseling; to provide pastoral counseling with the general public dedicated to the healing of the mind, spirit and human relationships through the integration of spiritual values and behavioral sciences; to provide counseling and support for clergy; and, to conduct group classes and educational programs for individuals, churches, synagogues, and for the community at large.

At present Dr. Kinser is taking very few new clients.  He is working full-time as Rector of St. James' Episcopal Church, Montross, Virginia and St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Oak Grove, Virginia, so most of his time is devoted to parish concerns and responsibilities.
