Patter": the Pregnancy Program at 4025 Yoga & Wellness Whether you are trying to conceive, are currently pregnant or searching for a class for you and your little one-- we have it all! Our serene, nurturing environment is the ideal place for your pre- or post- pregnancy needs. Prenatal Yoga gently combines physical movements, mindfulness, and breathing exercises. These classes promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation; yoga practice also helps to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy Power Yoga for Pregnancy is an active flow-style yoga practice to help you physically and mentally prepare for delivering your baby and transitioning to motherhood. While the class is designed for students with some previous yoga experience, active beginners who wish to enhance strength and flexibility are also welcome Yoga for Fertility is designed for students wishing to enhance their health and well-being prior to conception. The goal of this class is to renew the student's trust in her body, build strength, improve circulation, increase flexibility and enhance reproductive function Mom & Baby Yoga is a wonderful time for you to bond with your baby, regain strength, and connect with other moms in the area
