Mom & Baby Yoga class is
appropriate for babies ages 6 weeks to 9-10 months.

UPDATE:
Richmond Prenatal Yoga is currently on hiatus 
while Patricia Kinser is earning her PhD.

The focus of the class is on gentle yoga poses to help you connect with your baby and regain strength.

As with Prenatal Yoga, all moms and babies are welcome to participate.
No previous yoga experience is required.
